UC princess brings magic to children facing medical challenges

If fairy tales suggest anything, it’s that a little magic can be found in everyday life — and that there’s a princess in everyone. At the University of Cincinnati (UC), those princes and princesses still exist, though they may look a little different. Instead of castles and crowns, they carry backpacks, run on four cups of coffee and consider the kind of rest “Sleeping Beauty” enjoyed a distant dream.

Yoko Ono exhibit tears down borders at Cincinnati’s Solway Gallery

In a tucked away corner of Cincinnati’s West End, behind a brick wall and metal door, the Solway Gallery has managed to contain artworks that break down borders within their four walls. The “Yoko Ono: Colours of the Globe”exhibition displays work by the legendary participatory, feminist and performance artist Yoko Ono, as well as other works by fellow Fluxus artists, an international avant-garde art group.

The University of Cincinnati Officially Closes Campus Inclusion Centers

Wednesday morning, the University of Cincinnati (UC) Women’s Center, UC LGBTQ Center, the African American Cultural and Resource Center (AACRC) and the UC Ethnic Programs & Services all posted the same message on their Instagram pages: “Per newly enacted Ohio law, this account is no longer active.
